Terms of Service

These terms apply to the Kirabajet development preview available through kirabajet.apps-dev.my.

Preview service

Kirabajet is under active development. Features, storage formats, availability, and interfaces may change. The preview may be interrupted or reset for testing, maintenance, security, or migration work.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for confirming entered and camera-recognized amounts, protecting your device, vault passphrase, and recovery code, and maintaining independent bank records and backups appropriate to your needs. Do not use Kirabajet for unlawful activity or attempts to access another person’s account or encrypted records.

No financial advice

Budgets, safe-to-spend estimates, reminders, and savings suggestions are planning aids. They are not financial, tax, legal, investment, or credit advice and do not replace your bank’s current balance or professional advice.

Encryption and recovery

Kirabajet is designed so the service cannot decrypt financial records. This also means support cannot recover encrypted content if every trusted device, vault passphrase, and recovery code is lost. Google account access alone cannot decrypt or reset an existing vault.

Availability and liability

The development preview is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted operation or suitability for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kirabajet is not responsible for decisions based on incorrect, delayed, unavailable, or unrecoverable preview data.

Changes and termination

These preview terms may be updated as the product and production entity are established. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date. Access may be suspended to protect users, the service, or legal compliance.
